    ٣٦٣٧ - ق: عباد بن شيبان الأنصاري السلمي (¬١). روى عن: النبي ﷺ، وعن زيد بن ثابت. روى عنه: ابناه إبراهيم، وأبو هبيرة يحيى. روى له: ابن ماجه حديثًا واحدًا من روايته عن زيد بن ثابت. قلت: الذي روى عنه إبراهيم آخر غير هذا صحابي له عن النبي ﷺ حديث آخر. روي عنه: من طريق إسماعيل بن إبراهيم بن عباد، عن أبيه، عن جده وهو سلمي بضم السين من خلفاء بني هاشم، وقد بينت ذلك في كتابي في الصحابة.
