    ٣٣٧٦ - ق: صباح بن محارب التيمي الكوفي، سكن بعض قرى الري. روى عن: زياد بن علاقة، وحجاج بن أرطاة، وإسماعيل بن أبي خالد، ومحمد بن سوقة، وهشام بن عروة، وأبي حنيفة، وغيرهم. وعنه: عبد السلام بن عاصم الهسنجاني، وسهل بن زنجلة، ومحمد بن حميد، وأبو صالح شعيب بن سهل، ونوح بن أنس، وإسحاق بن بشر البزار، وغيرهم. قال أبو زرعة، وأبو حاتم (¬٦): صدوق، وقال عبد الرحمن بن الحكم بن بشير بن سليمان: رأيت كتابه وكان صحيح الكتاب، وذكره ابن حبان (¬٧) في الثقات. قلت: وقال العقيلي (¬٨): يخالف في بعض حديثه ونقل ابن خلفون في الثقات عن العجلي توثيقه.
