٣٠١٣ - س: سليمان بن عبد الله بن محمد بن سليمان بن أبي داود والحراني كنيته أبو أيوب. روى عن: جده محمد ولقبه بومه، وأبي نعيم. وعنه: النسائي، وابن أخيه محمد بن أحمد بن عبد الله، وسعيد بن عمرو البرذعي، وأبو بكر بن صدقة البغدادي، وعبد الله بن محمد بن مسلم الأسفرائني، وعلي بن سراج المصري، وغيرهم. قال ابن أبي حاتم (¬٥): كتب إلى أبي وأبي زرعة بجزء من حديثه وذكره ابن حبان (¬٦) في الثقات، وقال: كان راويًا لجده حدثنا عنه أبو عروبة. مات لثمان خلون من شوال سنة ثلاث وستين ومائتين. قلت: وقال النسائي: ومسلمة بن قاسم: حراني صالح وحسّن الدارقطني حديثه في الإفراد.
