٢٨٦٩ - د ت س: سفيان بن عبد الملك المروزي. صاحب ابن المبارك. روى عنه.وعنه: وهب بن زمعة، وعبدان وحبان بن موسى، والحسن بن عمرو السدوسي، وإسحاق ابن راهويه. ذكره ابن حبان (¬١) في الثقات وقال: مات قبل المائتين وكذا أرخه أبو علي محمد بن علي بن حمزة المروزي وزاد: كان متقدم السماع. قلت: وذكر أنه روى أيضًا عن أبي معاوية الضرير.
