٢٣٤٠ - كن: الزبير (¬٤) بن عبد الرحمن بن الزبير بن باطا القرظي. عن: أبيه أن رفاعة (¬٥) طلق امرأته. وعنه: المسور بن رفاعة قاله ابن وهب وجماعة عن مالك عنه، وقال جماعة: عن مالك، عن المسور بن رفاعة، عن الزبير أن رفاعة لم يقولوا عن أبيه وقال النسائي: الصواب مرسل ليس عنده غيره وذكره ابن حبان (¬٦) في الثقات.
