    ٢١١٣ - تمييز: داود بن أبي صالح حجازي. روى عن: أبي أيوب الأنصاري. وعنه: الوليد بن كثير. قلت: قرأت بخط الذهبي (¬٦): لا يعرف، وقال في الميزان: لم يرو عنه غير الوليد بن كثير. قلت: الحديث الذي أشار إليه أخرجه أحمد، والحاكم من طريق العقدي، عن كثير، عن داود، عن أبي أيوب فأخشى أن يكون قوله: روى عنه الوليد بن كثير وهمًا، وإنما هو كثير بن زيد والله أعلم (¬٧).
