٢٠٦٨ - د: الخليل بن زياد المحاربي (¬٣) الخواص الكوفي. سكن دمشق. روى عن: علي بن مسهر، وعلي بن عابس، وأبي بكر بن عياش، ومروان بن معاوية الفزاري وغيرهم. وعنه: أبو زرعة الدمشقي، وأبو حاتم الرازي. روى أبو داود في الديات، عن محمد بن يحيى بن فارس، عن محمد بن بكار العاملي، عن محمد بن راشد، عن سليمان يعني: ابن موسى، عن عمرو بن شعيب، عن أبيه، عن جده، عن النبي ﷺ قال: "عقل شبه العمد مغلظ مثل عقل العمد ولا يقتل صاحبه". قال: يعني: محمد بن يحيى وزادنا خليل عن ابن راشد وذلك أن ينزو الشيطان الحديث. قال المزي: وما أظنه إلا ابن زياد هذا.
