١٩٣٩ - د س ق: خالد بن عبد الله بن حسين الأموي مولاهم الدمشقي وقد ينسب إلى روى عن: أبي هريرة. وعنه: إسماعيل بن عبيد الله بن أبي المهاجر، وزيد بن واقد، ومحمد بن عبد الله بن المهاجر الشعيثي. قال البخاري (¬٨): سمع أبا هريرة، وقال إسحاق بن سيار النصيبي: أظنه لم يسمع من أبي هريرة، وذكره ابن حبان (¬٩) في الثقات. قلت: وقال الآجري عن أبي داود: كان أعقل أهل زمانه.
