١٧٠٤ - فق: الحكم بن أبي خالد يقال: إنه ابن ظهير الفزاري. روى عنه: مروان بن معاوية. وقال ابن حبان (¬٨) في الثقات: يروي عن عمر بن أبي ليلى. روى عنه ابن المبارك. قلت: قال ابن أبي خيثمة في تاريخه: سمعت يحمى بن معين يقول: كان مروان ابن معاوية يغير الأسماء يعمي على الناس. كان يقول: حدثنا الحكم بن أبي خالد، وإنما هو الحكم بن ظهير.
