١٦٦٩ - خ م ت س ق: حفص بن عبيد لله بن أنس بن مالك. روى عن: جده، وجابر، وابن عمر، وأبي هريرة. وعنه: يحيى بن سعيد الأنصاري، ويحيى بن أبي كثير، وابن إسحاق، وموسى بن ربيعة، وموسى بن سعد ابنا (¬٥) زيد بن ثابت، وعلقمة بن مرثد، وأسامة بن زيد الليثي وغيرهم. قال أبو حاتم (¬٦): لا يثبت له السماع، إلا من جده. وذكره ابن حبان (¬٧) في الثقات. قلت: وقال ابن أبي حاتم، عن أبيه: هو أحب إلي من حفص بن عمر، ولا ندري أسمع من جابر، وأبي هريرة أم لا؟ وقال البخاري، وقال بعضهم: عبيد الله بن حفص، ولا يصح عبيد الله.
