    ١٢٥٢ - الحارث السلمي والد مالك. جرىذكره في سند أثر علقه البخاري في الطهارة، فقال: وصلى أبو موسى الأشعري في دار البريد، والسرقين، والبرية إلى جانبه، فقال: ها هنا وثم سواء. ووصله ابن أبي شيبة من طريق الأعمش، عن مالك بن الحارث السلمي، عن أبيه قال: "كنا مع أبي موسى بعين التمر في دار البريد" الحديث. وفي رواية له: فقلت له: لو خرجت، فقال: ذاك وذا سواء. وذكره ابن أبي حاتم (¬١) في من لم يسم والده ممن اسمه الحارث، ولم يذكر فيه جرحًا، وذكره ابن حبان (¬٢) في ثقات التابعين.
