١٠٦٩ - قد ت: الجراح بن مخلد العجدي البصري القزاز. روى عن: ابن عيينة، وروح بن عبادة، وأبي داود الطيالسي، ومعاذ بن هشام، وسليمان بن حرب، وأبي عاصم النبيل، ومحمد بن عمر، والرومي وخلق. وعنه: أبو داود في كتاب القدر، والترمذي، وابن أبي عاصم، وأبو عروبة، وعبدان، وأبو بكر بن أبي داود، وابن صاعد وجماعة. ذكره ابن حبان (¬٤) في الثقات. مات قريبًا من سنة (٢٥٠). قلت: وحدث عنه أبو داود أيضًا في بدء الوحي له، وقال البزار في مسنده: حدثنا الجراح بن مخلد، وكان من خيار الناس. وأخرج ابن حبان، والحاكم حديثه في صحيحيهما.
