    ٩٦٢ - س: توبة أبو صدقة الأنْصَارِيُّ البَصْرِيُّ مولى أنس. روى عنه: في وقت الظهر (¬٥). وعنه: شعبة، ومعاوية بن صالح، وأبو نعيم، ووكيع. روى له النسائي هذا الحديث الواحد. وهم صاحب الأطراف في جعله إنه سليمان بن كندير الراوي عن ابن عمر فقد فرق بينهما مسلم (¬٦) وغيره. قلت: وقال أبو الفتح الأزدي: لا يحتج به. وقرأت بخط الذهبي (¬٧): بل هو ثقة روى عنه شعبة يعني وروايته عنه توثيق له.
