    ٨٣٥ - خ: بشر بن عبيس (¬٦) بن مرحوم بن عبد العزيز بن مهران العَطَّارُ البَصْرِيُّ مولى آل معاوية. سكن الحجاز. روى عن: أبيه وجده ومروان بن معاوية، وحاتم بن إسماعيل، ويحيى بن سليم الطائفي وغيرهم. وعنه: البخاري، وإسماعيل القاضي، وأبو حاتم، ومحمد بن علي الصائغ وغيرهم. قال ابن حبان (¬٧) في الثقات: روى عنه أبو زرعة والناس ربما خالف وقال غيره: مات سنة (٣٥)، وقيل: سنة (٢٣٨).
