٥٨٧ - س: إسماعيل بن المتوكل الشَّامِيُّ أبو هاشم الحِمصِيُّ. روى عن: أبي المغيرة، وأبي يعقوب الأفطس، والحسن بن الربيع البوراني. وعنه: النسائي فيما ذكر ابن عساكر في النبل، قال المزي (¬٧): ولم أجد له عنه رواية إلا في الكنى، وقال: إنه صالح وإبراهيم بن متويه، وابن جوصا وغيرم.
