٤١٧ - س ق: إسحاق بن إسماعيل بن العلاء، وقيل: ابن عبد الأعلى الأَيْلِيُّ (¬٤) كنيته أبو يعقوب. روى عن: سفيان بن عيينة، وعبد المجيد بن عبد العزيز بن أبي رواد، وسلامة بن روح وغيرهم. وعنه: النسائي، وابن ماجه، وابن وارة، ومكحول البيروتي، وعبد الله بن محمد بن سلم المقدسي وغيرهم. قال ابن يونس توفي بأيلة في ذي الحجة سنة [١٢٥٨] (¬٥).
