[٩٢٧٦] (خ م د ت س) أم كلثوم بنت عقبة بن أبي معَيط الأموية، أخت عثمان بن عفان لأمه، أسلمت قديمًا وبايعت، وحُبست عن الهجرة، إلى أن هاجرت سنة سبع في الهدنة، تزوجها زيد بن حارثة فقُتل عنها، ثم الزبير بن العوام ثم طلقها، فتزوجها عبد الرحمن بن عوف فمات عنها (¬٣)، فتزوجها عمرو بن العاص فماتت عنده (¬٤). روت عن: النبي ﷺ "ليس الكاذب من أصلح بين الناس" الحديث (¬٥). وعن: بسرة بنت صفوان. روى عنها: ابناها إبراهيم، وحميد، ابنا عبد الرحمن بن عوف. قلت: ذكر البلاذري أنها كانت مع عمرو بمصر (¬٦).• (ت (¬١)) أم كلثوم بنت محمد بن أبي بكر الصديق، تقدم ذكرها في ترجمة أم كلثوم (¬٢) الليثية [رقم ٩٢٧٤].
