    [٨٩٨١] (م) أبو الوليد المكي. عن جابر بن عبد الله في النهي عن المحاقلة والمزابنة (¬١). اسمه يسار بن عبد الرحمن (¬٢)، قاله أبو حاتم (¬٣).وقال غيره (¬١): هو سعيد بن ميناء. قلت هذا قول ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬٢)، وكذا حكاه الجوزقي في "مستخرجه" (¬٣) ولا شك أن سعيد بن ميناء يكنى أبا الوليد، فقد كناه بذلك البخاري (¬٤)، ومسلم (¬٥) وغيرهما (¬٦).
