    [٨٣٥٧] (د ق) يَعْلَى بن شَدَّاد بن أوْس بن ثابت الأنْصَاري، الخَزْرَجِي، النَّجَّاري، أبو ثابت المَقْدِسي. روى عن: أبيه، وعُبَادة بن الصامت، ومعاوية، وأمِّ حَرَام بنت مِلْحَان. وعنه: ابنه - عبدُ الرحمن -، وسُلَيْمان بن عبد الله بن الزِّبْرِقان، وسُلَيْمان بن يُسَيْر، وأبو سِنَان عِيْسَى بن سِنَان، وهلال بن ميمون الرَّمْلِي. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬٥).قلت: وقال: إنه مَدَنيٌّ، سكن الشام (¬١). وقال ابن سعد: كان ثقةً إن شاء الله (¬٢). وقال الذهبي في "الميزان": توقَّفَ بعضُ الأئمَّةِ في الاحتجاج بِخَبَرِه، وهو: "صَلُّوا في النَّعَال" (¬٣).
