    [٨٣٥٠] (ق) يعقوب بن يحيى بن عَبَّاد بن عبد الله بن الزُّبَيْر بن العَوَّام الأسَدِي، المدني. روى عن: أبي صالح السَّمَّان، وعيسى بن مَعْمَر. روى عنه: صالح بن عبد الله بن صالح، مولى بني عامِر بن لؤَي. قال الزُّبَيْر بن بَكَّار: أمُّ يعقوب وعبد الوهاب - ابنَي يحيى بن عبَّاد -:أسماء بنت ثابت بن عبد الله بن الزبير، وكان يعقوب واليَ صَدَقَاتِ آلِ الزُّبَيْر، وآلِ عَبَّاد، وكان معروفًا بالفضل (¬١).
