[٨٣٣٤] (م د س) يعقوب بن عاصِم بن عُرْوَة بن مسعود الثّقَفِي، أخو نافِع بن عاصم. روى عن: الشَّرِيْد بن سُوَيْد الثَّقَفِي، وعبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص، وعبد الله بن عمر بن الخطاب، وغيرهم. وعنه: النُّعْمَان بن سالم، وغُضَيْف بن أبي سفيان، ومحمد بن عبد الله بن مَيْمُون بن مُسَيْكَة، وإبراهيم بن مَيْسَرَة، ويَعْلَى بن عطاء. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬١).
