    [٨٢٠٩] (قد ت ق) يزيد بن حيَّان النَّبَطِيُّ البَلْخِي، مولى بكر بن وائل، نزل المدائن. روى عن أخيه - مقاتل -، وأبي مِجْلَز، وعبد الله بن بُرَيْدَة، وعَطَاء الخراسانيّ. وعنه: يحيى بن إسحاق السَّيْلَحِينِي، وعبد الغَفَّار بن داود الحَرَّاني، وشَبَابَة، وعبد العزيز بن النُّعْمَان، وإبراهيم بن الحَجَّاج السَّامِي، وغيرهم. قال إبراهيم بن الجُنَيْد، عن ابن معين: ليس به بأس (¬١). وقال البخاريّ: عنده غلطٌ كثير (¬٢). وذكره ابن حبّان في "الثقات"، وقال: يُخْطِئ (¬٣).
