    [٨١٧٠] (ق) يحيى بن يَزْدَاد العَسْكَري، أبو السَّقْر، ويقال (¬١): أبو الصَّقْر الوَرَّاق. روى عن حسين بن محمّد المَرْوَزِي، وعبد الله بن صالح العِجْلِيّ، وعبد الله بن يزيد المُقْرِئ، وأبي نعيم وأحمد بن زيد. وعنه ابن ماجه وأحمد بن العباس البَغَوِي، وعلي بن أحمد بن مَرْوَان، والعباس بن حَمْدَان الحَنَفِي، وعلي بن سعيد العَسْكَرِي، ويحيى بن محمّد بن صاعِد. خَلَطه صاحبُ "الكمال" بِيَحْيَى بن داود بن مَيْمُون، وقد تَقَدَّم بيانُ الصواب فيه (¬٢). قلت: وذكره الخَلَّال في أصحاب أحمد بن حنبل، قال: وله عنه مسائلُ حِسَان (¬٣).
