[٨١٢٧] (س) يحيى بن محمّد بن سابق الكوفيّ، نزيل المِصِّيْصَة، يُعْرَفُ بعَصَا ابن إِدْرِيس. روى عن: عبد الله إدريس، وعبد الله بن نُمير، وحسين بن علي الجُعْفِي، وزيد بن الحُبَاب، ويحيى بن سُلَيْم الطَّائِفِي، وأبي أسامة. روى عنه: محمّد بن داود المِصِّيْصِي، وأبو بكر أحمد بن محمّد بن هانئ الأَثْرَم. قال أبو حاتم: أتيتُ المِصِّيْصَة، فنظرتُ في حديثُهُ، فوجدتُ أحاديثَه مشهورة، ولم أكتب عنه (¬٤).
