    [٧٧٧٤] (تمييز) هنَّاد بن السَّرِي بن يحيى بن السَّرِي، أبو السَّرِي - ابن ابن أخي المذكور قبله -. روى عن: أبيه، وأبي سعيد الأَشَجّ. وعنه: ابن أخيه - أبو بكر أحمد بن أبي دَارِم محمد بن السري الحافظ -، ومحمد بن عمر بن يحيى العَلَوِي، وأبو مسلم عبد الرحمن بن شَهْدَل (¬٨) الأصبهاني، وأبو حازم محمد بن علي بن الحسن الوَشَّاء، والقاضي أبو عبد الله محمد بن عبد الله بن الحسن الجُعْفِي الكوفي. ذكره الحافظ أبو الحسن محمد أحمد بن حمَّاد بن سفيان الكوفي، فيمن مات سنة إحدى وثلاثين وثلاث مائة، وقال: كان ثقةً، عَسِرًا فيالحديث، كتبتُ عنه ولم أَحْضُر جنازته.
