[٧١٣٨] (س) مُعاذ بن خالد بن شقيق بن دينار بن مشعب العبدي مولاهم أبو بكر المروزي ابن عمِّ علي بن الحسن بن شقيق. روى عن حمَّاد بن سلمة، والثَّوري وصالح المُرِّي، وابن المبارك، وأبي طيبة السُّلَمي، وأبي حمزة السُّكَّري وحُسَين بن واقد، وغيرهم. وعنه: عبد الله بن عثمان، عبدان، وإبراهيم بن إسحاق الطالْقَاني، وإسحاق بن راهويه وعَبْدة بن عبد الرَّحيم ومحمد بن علي بن حرب، ووهب بن زَمْعَة وزكريا بن سهل المروزي - وذكر عنه فضلًا -، وآخرون. قال ابن حبَّان في "الثِّقات": مات قبل المائتين (¬١). كذا قال، والأشبهُ أن يكونَ مات بعدها (¬٢). قلت: قال الذَّهبي: له مناكير وقد احتمل (¬٣) (١)
