    [٦٨٩٧] (س ق) مُحَرَّر بن أبي هريرة الدَّوسي. روى عن أبيه، وعمر بن الخطاب - يقال (¬١٠) مرسل -، وابن عمر ورجل من الأنصار.وعنه ابنه، مسلم والزهري والشعبي، وابن عُقَيل، وعطاء، وعكرمة بن مصعب، وعبد الله بن مُحَيْريز، وثعلبة بن مسلم، والمُثَنَّى بن الصَّبَّاح، وغيرهم. قال ابن سعد: توفي بالمدينة في خلافة عمر بن عبد العزيز، وكان قليل الحديث (¬١). وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬٢). قلت: وذكر ابن يونس في "تاريخ الغرباء" مُحَرَّر بن بلال بن أبي هريرة، وذكر أنه روى عن أبي هريرة، وذكر ما يدل على أنه بقي إلى حدود الخمسين ومائة (¬٣). فكأنه ابن أخي صاحب الترجمة، وينبغي أن يُذكر للتمييز.
