[٦٥١٤] (س) محمد بن عثمان الأَخْنَسِي. عن: سعيد المَقْبُري عن أبي هريرة حديث (¬٥): "من جُعل قاضيًا فقد ذُبح بغير سكين" (¬٦). وعنه: عبد الله بن سعيد بن أبي هند. قال النسائي: الصواب عثمان بن محمد (¬٧). وفي "الثقات" لابن حبان: محمد بن عثمان الأَخْنَسِي، عن ابن عمر، روى يعقوب بن محمد الزهري عن شيخ له عنه (¬٨). وقد فرَّق بينهما غير واحد، فالله أعلم.
