    [٦٢٨٧] (ق) محمد بن سُليمان بن أبي ضَمْرَة القَاصِ السّلمِيّ، وقيل النَّصْريّ، أبو ضَمْرَة الحِمْصِيّ. روى عن: أبيه، وعبد الله بن أبي قيس الشَّاميّ، ومحمد بن عبد الرحمن بن عِرْق وداود بن عليّ بن عبد الله بن عبَّاس، ورَاشد بن سَعد المُقْرَائيّ. روى عنه: ابنه أبو القاسم نَصر، والليث بن سعد، وسعيد بن عبد الجبَّار الزُّبَيْديّ، وعثمان بن سعيد بن كثير بن دينار، ويحيى بن صالح الوُحَاظِيّ. قال أبو حاتم: حدَّثنا عنه الوُحَاظِيّ بأحاديثَ مُستَقِيمة (¬٣).وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وقال: هو الذي يُقال له محمد بن أبي جَمِيلة (¬١). روى له ابن ماجه حديثًا واحدًا (¬٢).
