[٦١٦١] (تمييز) محمد بن حَمَّاد الأَبِيوَرْدِيّ، أبو عبد الله الزَّاهد. روى عن: ابن عُيينة، والوليد بن مسلم، وابن المبارك، والقَطَّان، وأبي معاوية، ووَكِيع، وعبد الرَّزاق، ومُؤَمَّل بن إسماعيل، وأبي ضَمْرَة أنس بن عِيَاض، وجماعة. روى عنه: الحُسين بن مَنصور السّلميّ وهو من أقرانه، ومحمد بن عبد الوهاب الفَرَّاء، ومحمد بن حَيُّويَه الإِسْفَرَائنيّ، ومحمد بن أحمد بن أبي عَون، وحَاجِب بن أحمد بن يَرْحُم الطُّوسِيّ. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وقال: مات سنة ثمان أو تسع وأربعين ومائتين (¬١).
