[٥٩٧٨] (س) كِلاب بن تَلِيد المدَني. أحدُ بني (سَعْد بن) (¬٧) لَيث. روى عن: سعيد بن المُسيّب، عن أَسمَاء في "فَضْل المدينة"، وقيل: عنه، عن أَسمَاء بلا واسطةٍ (¬٨).روى عنه: عبد الله بن مُسلم الطَّويل. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬١). وقال ابن أبي حاتم، عن أبيه، وأبي زُرعة: إِنَّما هو تَلِيد بن كِلاب (¬٢). يعني أنَّه انقلبَ على الرَّاوي، فالله أعلم. قلتُ: وقال الذَّهبي: تفرَّد عنه الطَّويل (¬٣). ولكِلَاب بن تَلِيد حديثٌ آخر رواه عن (¬٤).
