    [٥٩٣٢] (تمييز) كَثير بن أبي كثير التَّيمِي، أبو النَّضر الكُوفيّ. رأى جَريرًا (¬١). وروى عن: رِبْعِيّ بن حِراش، وأبي بُردة بن أبي موسى، وعبد الله بن فرُّوخ. روى عنه: (¬٢) عيسى بن يونس ومروان بن معاوية، ومحمد بن بَكْر (¬٣)، وجَعفر بن عَون، وأبو عاصم. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬٤). قلت: وقال ابن أبي خَيْثَمة، عن ابن معين: ضعيفٌ (¬٥). وقال ابن أبي حاتم، عن أبيه: مستقيمُ الحديثِ (¬٦) (¬٧).
