[٥٥٣٦] (قد) العَلاءُ بنُ عبدِ الله بنِ بدر العَنَزي (¬٤)، ويقال (¬٥): النَّهدي، أبو محمد البصري، وقد ينسب إلى جده. روى عن: أبي الشعثاء المحاربي، وعبدِ الله بنِ حنظلة، والحسن البصري، وأرسل عن علي. وعنه: أُمَيّ الصَّيْرفي، وشعيب بنِ دِرْهَم، وعُبادة بنُ مُسلِم، وعُقبة بنُ أبي الصَّهْباء، وأبو سِنان الشَّيْباني، وسعيد بنُ أبي عروبة. قال ابنُ معين (¬٦)، وأبو حاتم (¬٧): ثقة. وذكره ابنُ حبان في "الثقات" (¬٨) (¬٩).
