    [٥٢٥٨] (خ س ق) عَمْرو بنُ تَغْلِب النَّمَري من النَّمَر بن قاسِط ويقال: العَبْدي (¬٣)، مِنْ أهل (¬٤) جُواثَى (¬٥) - قرية من قرى البحرين -، له صحبة. روى عن: النبي ﷺ. وعنه: الحسن البصري - ولم يرو عنه غيرُه - قاله غيرُ واحد (¬٦). وذكر ابنُ عبد البر: أن الحكم بنَ الأعرج روى عنه أيضًا (¬٧). قلت: قد سبق ابنَ عبد البَر إلى ذلك: أبو محمد بنُ أبي حاتم في كتاب "الجرح والتعديل" (¬٨). وقال البخاري: يُعَدُّ في البصريين، ولم يذكر له راويًا غيرَ الحسن (¬٩).وقد صَرَّح الحسن بسماعه منه (¬١)، فكأَنَّه تَأَخَّر إلى بعْدَ الأربعين.
