    [٥١٤٦] (تمييز) عمر بن الخطَّاب العَنْبَرِيّ الكوفيّ، يُعرف بابن أبي خيرة، اسم جدِّه خالد بن سُويد التَّيْمِيّ. روى عن: أبيه. روى عنه: حَفيدُه محمد بن إسماعيل. وأخرج الدارقطني في "غرائب مالك" عن أحمد بن محمد بن سعيد، عن محمد بن إسماعيل بن عمر بن الخطَّاب بن خالد بن سُويد التَّيْمِيّ العَنْبَرِيّ، (عن جدِّه، عن أبيه) (¬٣)، عن يحيى بن سعيد الأنصاريّ، عن مالك حديثًا. وأورده الخطيب في "المتفق" (¬٤) من طريق الدارقطني (¬٥). وآخر يُقال له:
