    [٥١٣٦] (خت م د ت س) عمر بن الحكم بن رافع بن سِنان الأنصاريّ، أبو حفص المدنيّ. عمّ والد عبد الحميد بن جعفر، ويُقال: إنَّه مِن ولد الفِطْيَون (¬١) حلفاء الأوس. قال أبو حاتم: ليس هو عمر بن الحكم بن ثَوبان (¬٢). وكلام ابنِ معين يَدُلُّ على أنَّهما واحد. روى عن: كعب بن مالك، وأبي هريرة، وأبي اليُسر السّلميّ (¬٣)، وعبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص، وأم حَبيبة، وجابر بن عبد الله (¬٤). روى عنه: ابن أخيه جعفر بن عبد الله بن الحكم، وابنه عبد الحميد بن جعفر، وعِمران بن أبي أنس، وسعيد بن أبي هلال، ودرَّاج أبو السَّمْح. قال أبو زُرعة: ثقة (¬٥). وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬٦) (¬٧).
