[٥١٣١] (ق) عمر بن حفص بن عمر بن سعد بن عائذ المدني، أبو حفص المؤذِّن، وجَدُّه المعروف بسعد القَرَظ. روى عن: أبيه، وجَدِّه عمر، وعمرو بن شِمْر (¬٤). وعنه: عبد الرحمن بن سَعد بن عمَّار بن سعد القَرَظ، وابن جُريج - ومات قَبْله -، وإسماعيل بن أبي أُويس. قال الدَّارميّ، عن ابن معين: ليس بشيء (¬٥). وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬٦).
