[٤٦٧٣] (د س) عتبة بن محمد بن الحارث بن نَوْفَل، الهاشمي ويقال: عقبة، وخطّأه أحمد. روى عن: عمّه عبد الله بن الحارث، وابن عباس، وعبد الله بن جعفر بن أبي طالب، وكُرَيْب مولى ابن عباس. وعنه: ابن جريج، ومصعب بن شيبة، ومَنْبُوذ بن أبي سليمان المكي، وعبد الله بن مُسَافِع - على خلاف فيه (¬١) -. قال النسائي: ليس بمعروف. وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬٢) (¬٣). قلت: رجّح ابن خزيمة أن اسمه عتبة (¬٤) (¬٥).
