[٤١٩٥] (ت س) عبد الرحمن بن ماعز (¬٣). ويُقال: ماعز بن عبد الرحمن، ويُقال: محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن ماعز (س ق). روى عن: أبيه ماعز العامري، وسفيان بن عبد الله الثقفي. وعنه: الزُّهري، والجُعَيد بن عبد الرحمن، والهُنَيد بن القاسم. قلت: قال ابن حِبَّان في ترجمته في "الثقات": إِنَّ مَعمرًا قال: عن الزهري، عن عبد الرحمن بن ماعز، وخالفه الزُّبَيدي فقال: ماعز بن عبد الرحمن (¬٤).وقال البُخاري في "التاريخ": وافق معمرًا شُعَيب، وقال إبراهيم بن سعد، عن الزهري، عن محمد بن عبد الرحمن بن ماعز، والله أعلم (¬١) (¬٢).
