    [٤٠٢٦] (بخ) عبد الرحمن بن حَبِيب، مولى بني تَميم، حِجازيٌّ. قال لي عبد الله بن عُمر: ممن أنت؟ قلت: مِن بني تَميم، من مواليهم، وفيه قصة (¬٢). وعنه: وائل بن داود. ذكره ابن حِبَّان في "الثقات" (¬٣). قلت (¬٤): ذكر الخطيبُ أنَّ البخاريَّ وَهِم في قوله: "ابن حَبِيب"، وإنما هو ابن أبي حَبيب خال منصور بن عبد الرحمن الغُدَاني (¬٥) روى بسند المتّصل عن منصور، عنه عن ابن عُمر حديثًا (¬٦) (¬٧).
