    [٣٦٠٢] (بخ) عبد الله بن عبد الرحمن البصريُّ المعروف بالرُّوميِّ. روى عن: أبي هريرة، وابن عُمر، وأنس. وعنه ابنه: عُمر، وحمّاد بن زيد. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وقال: أصله من خُراسان، مات هو وبُدَيْل بن مَيْسَرَة في يوم واحد سنة ثلاثين ومئة (¬١) (¬٢). قلت: وذكره ابن حبان في موضع آخَر مِن "الثقات"، فقال: عِدَادُه في البصريين، روى عن عبد الله بن مُغَفَّل وغيره، مات قبل أيوب السَّخْتِياني، وقد روى عنه عَبيدة بن أبي رائِطَة (¬٣) (¬٤).
