    [٣١٩٣] (٤): عاصم بن سُفيان بن عبد الله الثَّقَفِيُّ. روى عن: أبيه، وعمر، وأبي ذر، وأبي أيوب، وعبد الله بن عمرو بن العاصي (¬٥)، وعُقْبَةَ بن عامر الجُهَنيِّ. وعنه: ابنه بِشْر، وابن ابنه سفيان بن عبد الرحمن، وعمرو بن شعيب. ذكره ابن سعد في الطبقة الأولى من تابعي أهل مكة (¬٦). وذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬٧). قلت: نسبه البخاريُّ فزاد بعد عبد الله: ابن ربيعة أخو عبد الله (¬٨).ووقع في "الصحابة" للبغوي وغيره من طريق بشر بن عاصم، عن أبيه: سمعت النبي ﷺ. . ." فذكر حديثًا (¬١). فَغَلَب على ظَني أن المخَرَّج له في "السنن" غيره، وقد بَيَّنت ذلك في كتاب "الإصابة" (¬٢) (¬٣).
