    [٢٥٦٦] (مق د ت) سُفيان بن عبد الملك المَرْوَزِيُّ، صاحب ابن المُبارك، روى عنه. وعنه: وَهْب بن زَمْعَة، وعَبْدان، وحِبَّان بن موسى، والحسن بن عمرو السَّدُوسيُّ، وإسحاق بن رَاهُويَه. ذكره ابن حِبَّان في "الثقات"، وقال: مات قبل المئتين (¬٦). وكذا أرخه أبو علي محمَّد بن علي بن حمزة المَرْوَزِيُّ، وزاد: وكان مُتَقدِّم السَّماع. قلت: وذكر أنه روى أيضًا عن أبي مُعاوية الضَّرير (¬٧).
