    [٢٤٩٥] (س) سَعِيد بن الفَرَج البَلْخِيُّ، أبو النَّضْر ابن أبي سعيد. روى عن: يحيى بن أبي بكر الكِرْمانيِّ، وأبي النَّضْر، ومكَّيِّ بن إبراهيم. وعنه: النَّسائيُّ، والحسن بن علي بن مَخْلد، وأبو يحيى البَزَّاز، وأبو علي عبد الله بن محمَّد بن علي البَلْخِيُّ الحافظ، وأبو سعيد محمَّد بن شاذان. قال النَّسائيُّ: لا بأس به (¬٣). وقال الحاكم: قرأتُ بخَطِّ أبي عَمْرو المُستَمْلِي: تُوفِّي بمكة سنة إحدى وأربعين ومئتين.
