[٢٣٩٤] (ع) سعيد بن الحارث بن أبي سعيد بن المُعَلَّى -ويقال: ابن أبي المعَلَّى- الأنصاري، المدني، القاضي (¬٦). روى عن: أبي سعيد، وأبي هريرة، وابن عمر، وجابر، وعبد الله بن حنين. وعنه: محمد بن عمرو بن علقمة، وعمارة بن غزية، وعمرو بن الحارث، وزيد بن أبي أنيسة، وفليح بن سليمان، وغيرهم. قال ابن معين: (مشهور) (¬٧).وذكره ابن حبان في: "الثقات" (¬١). قلت: ذكر ابن سعد: أنه سعيد بن أبي سعيد الحارث بن أوس بن المُعَلَّى (¬٢). وصوبه أبو أحمد الدمياطي (¬٣)، فالله أعلم. وقال يعقوب بن سفيان: (هو: ثقة) (¬٤).
