[٢٣٨٤] (تمييز) سعيد بن أبان بن سعيد بن العاص بن سعيد بن العاص بن أمية، والد: يحيى بن سعيد الأموي. روى عن: معاوية بن إسحاق، وموسى وسيف ابني الجُلَنْدِي، وعمر بن عبد العزيز -وكان صديقه-. روى عنه: ابناه عبد الله ويحيى، وعمرو بن عبد الغفار الثقفي (¬١)، وغيرهم. قال البخاري: (قال أبو أحمد الزبيري: كان من خيار الناس) (¬٢). وذكره ابن حبان في: "الثقات"، وقال: (كان من خيار عباد الله، من أفضل أهل بيته) (¬٣). وهو أقدم من المذكور في: "الأصل" (¬٤)، ذكرته للفائدة.
