[١٨٦٣] (تمييز) خلاد بن يزيد الباهلي، البصري، المعروف: بالأَرْقَط، صهر يونس بن حبيب النحوي. روى عن: سفيان الثوري، وهشام بن الغاز، وعبد الملك بن أبي غنيّة. وعنه: الحسن بن علي الخلال، وعمر بن شبة النميري، وعمرو بن علي الفلاس. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات"، وقال: (مات سنة عشرين ومائتين) (¬٣). قلت: يحرر هذا فإني لم أره في "كتاب الثقات". وروى الخطيب في "كتاب العلم"، من طريق أبي زيد عمر بن شبة، قال: (حدثني خلاد بن يزيد الأَرْقَط، وكان من الجبال الرواسي نبلًا) (¬٤) (¬٥).
