[١٨١٢] (س) خطاب بن جعفر بن أبي المغيرة الخزاعي، القُمِّي. روى عن: أبيه، والسُّدي، وعطاء بن السائب. وعنه: الحسين بن حفص، وعامر بن إبراهيم الأصبهانيان (س). ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات" (¬٣). وقال أبو نعيم الأصبهاني: (كان أبو حاتم الرازي يتبع حديثه، فكتب إلى بعض إخوانه بأصبهان: "مهما وقع عندكم من حديث الخطاب بن جعفر فاجمعوه لي، وخذوا لي به إجازةً") (¬٤). له في: "تفسير النسائي"، حديث واحد في قوله تعالى: ﴿لِإِيلَافِ قُرَيْشٍ﴾ (¬٥).
