    [١٧٥٣] (م تم س ق) خالد بن عمير العدوي البصري. روى عن: عتبة بن غزوان. وعنه: حميد بن هلال، وأبو نعامة العدوي، وعبد العزيز بن مهران والد مرحوم. يقال: إنه أدرك الجاهلية. ذكره ابن حبان في الثقات (¬٣). قلت: وممن ذكره في الصحابة: أبو عمر بن عبد البر (¬٤) وابن قانع، وأبو موسى في الذيل (¬٥)، وقال: قال عبدان: لا أدري أله رؤية أم لا. وقال إبراهيم بن الجنيد: قلت لابن معين: خالد بن عمير لقي عتبة بن غزوان؟ قال: نعم (¬٦).

    [١٦٢٤/ ١٦٤٠] (م س ق) خالد بن عُمير العَدَوى البصرى. عن: عتبة بن غَزْوان. وعنه: حُميد بن هلال، وأبو نعامة عمرو بن عيسى، وغيرهما. يقال أنه أدرك الجاهلية فإنه سمع خطبة عُتبة، وقد جزم غير واحد بأنه مخضرم، وفي أواخر "صحيح مسلم": وقد أدرك الجاهلية، انتهى. ذكره ابن حبان في "الثقات".
