    [١٥٣٥] الحكم بن أبي ليلى، هو ابن ظهير. قال ابن الدورقي عن يحيى بن معين: كان مروان الفزاري يروي عنه، فيقول: الحكم بن أبي ليلى ليخفي أمره (¬٥)، وقد تقدم في ابن أبي خالد شيءآخر (¬١)، ونسب في البزار لأبي إسحاق الفزاري ما نسب هنا لمروان، وهذا أولى لاشتهار مروان بتدليس الشيوخ.
